Covid-19 Delivery Information

Due to the coronavirus circumstances Royal Mail are giving priority to frontline deliveries so there may be a delay in receiving your parcels.
At Femi Health & Beauty we are constantly monitoring the situation and we have COVID measures in place. Our staff have been educated in hygiene, PPE and we have hand sanitising stations throughout. We are adhering to UK Government guidelines and supporting employees who need to self-isolate for 7 days, should they have any concerns or show flu-like symptoms, have a high temperature or a persistent cough. Any touch and transmission points throughout the whole premises are being constantly sanitised to reduce the risk of any cross contamination.

– Royal Mail are collecting our orders weekdays as normal however they are giving priority to front line deliveries so the transit time may be increased slightly. Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
