COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to COVID-19 there may be a delay with Royal Mail in delivering your parcels. We only deliver to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery

1) Next day £4.50

Order before 3pm for next day delivery Monday – Thursday. Any orders placed Friday – Sunday will be processed the next working day. Not available on bank holidays.

2) Standard delivery

All orders over £25 are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail Track and Trace service. *Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. No deliveries take place at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Orders below £25 will have small delivery charge of £3.99.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return a product, please email our return department at (info@femi-health-beauty.co.uk). Please note, return must be at customer’s expense and all items should be in their original packaging and to be made within 30 days of purchase.
